Attorney Davis attended Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Music. She received her Juris Doctor at Barry University School of Law in Orlando, Florida. While pursuing her law degree, Attorney Davis was employed as a 6th grade math teacher at one for Florida’s highest need schools. She was rewarded by the R.E.A.P Program for participation in WIDE WORLD at Harvard Graduate School, and improving the FCAT scores of her students. She incorporated her passion for music into the classroom by introducing “Project Mathic” as a way to promote creative learning. Following her time as a teacher, Attorney Davis continued to tutor students in the community and continues to do so today. As a law student, she was a member of the Sports and Entertainment Law Student Organization, as well as a participant in an International Entertainment and Media study abroad program, hosted at the University of London.
Attorney Davis began her legal career working with a personal injury firm in South Florida and later became an Associate Attorney at an Orlando law firm, advising clients in Foreclosure defense, Bankruptcy, Debt Harassment, and Contracts. She is the Owner of the Law Office of Shannon N. Davis, P.A., where her motto is “I’ll be Your voice”. She represents her clients zealously and thoroughly, using her best efforts on their behalf.
In addition to the position she holds at the Law Office of Shannon N. Davis, P.A., Attorney Davis is of Counsel to HAWM LAW and The Meehle Law Firm.
Attorney Davis is a member of the Florida Association of Women Lawyers, the Central Florida Association of Women Lawyers, the Georgia Association for Black Women Attorneys, the Orange County Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. She is also Worship Leader at her church and was most recently a teacher for high school students who dropped out of school, but wished to return and obtain their high school diplomas. As a vocalist and a teacher, Attorney Davis integrates her passion for the arts and her desire to educate into her legal career. She maintains that an educated client is an empowered client, and a client whose voice has not been heard, can be heard through her.
